The Method for Translating Strategic Intention into ACTION
Use a tri-partite methodology NOW for translating your strategic intention into action:
1 engage in repetitive aerobic movement
2 breathe deeply in rhythm with the movement
3 intuitively design and then repeat verbal/visual expressions of your intent/wish/hope/prayer/affirmation/request in rhythm with your breath, in rhythm with your movement

Do this repeatedly and frequently for improved health, wellness, awareness, wisdom, personal power and impact, as well as behavioral effectiveness in your natural environment.

CAUTION! This is the most powerful self management and self administered transformational methodology that exists. It permeates our brain, consciousness, muscle tissue, thoughts, feelings, behavior and intangible realms with the amplified signal message of our intent. The journey accelerates unexpectedly, surfacing internal programs/attitudes/emotions & behaviors that are inconsistent with our strategic intent, thereby bringing them into conscious awareness [eventually] where they become grist for the mill of conscious work and further evolution. Be prepared for an acceleration of the Journey. The increase in personal power and achievements can become "ego food", which then must be managed with humility rather than grandiosity.
I use four steps or movements on the in-breath and four on the out-breath most of the time:
- walking to work
- exercising at the gym [treadmill, cross trainer, swimming]
This Method increases YANG ENERGY and should be balanced with YIN Meditation, such as insight/vipassana or other calm peaceful gentle meditation techniques. I do YANG in the morning or afternoon, YIN at night before sleep.
Predicted BENEFITS, based on experimental research and direct experience:
- increased clarity of purpose, mission, strategic intent [keep tweaking the wording until it intuitively seems right at the time, but allow it to change as needed, momentarily and over time]
- increased awareness of thoughts/feelings/behavior related to that which has been "inputted" thru repetition
- increased awareness of that which works and that which does not work related to intent, which leads to increased effectiveness in taking action
- increased opportunities detected as possible avenues for ACTION related to that which has been inputted
- increased amount of action consistent with stated intention
- increased effectiveness of action consistent with stated intention
- increased wisdom for action
- BRAIN EFFECTS: increased neuronal [brain cell] length & synaptic complexity [interconnections among brain cells], increased number of neurons AND growth of capillaries [tiny blood vessels] IN THOSE AREAS OF THE BRAIN ACTIVATED DURING AEROBIC PROGRAMMING
- INFORMATION PROCESSING EFFECTS: increased capacity for cognitive focus [one pointedness] and for detecting subtle cues in the exterior environment or internal awareness related to taking future action
- Increase in CREATIVITY, ideas, thoughts, related to expressed intention
- Increase in personal power and impact arising from increased behavioral focus on taking action, and learning from the results of that action
- Increased COMMITMENT to one's expressed purpose/intent, as measured by amount of time devoted to taking action [persistent commitment] AND # of opportunities taken advantage of or created to take action [creative commitment]
- TRANSFORMATIONAL EFFECTS: as personal power and behavioral impact increase, so does wisdom, while awareness of imperfections evolves, surfacing key issues for further work, both on Self and in the external environment
SOMETHING INTERESTING HAPPENS when the program/request/intent/prayer is expressed repetitively aloud ! >>> things speed up, opportunities increase, as if "someone" is listening >>> the intangible unseen forces that surround us are mobilized for support
IT IS POSSIBLE, for those who are most attuned to and supportive of IONS' intention and that of SHIFT IN ACTION, there may be LESS need for inner transformation [no more need for preaching to the "choir"] and MORE need for CONSTRUCTIVE ACTION.
The Method is ideally suited to enable transformation of intention into action, at any level of reality, for any purpose, worthwhile or not. So it must be used with caution, wisdom, sensitivity and care.
IT is a META-METHOD for TRANSFORMATION beyond our individual selves thrusting us into unexpected realms for action. The Method creates QUANTUM CHANGES in our impact and awareness, individually and collectively.
As our thoughts and intentions evolve, we have the opportunity to increase the value and beneficial impact of our contribution to Conscious Evolution and Transformation at MULTIPLE LEVELS of reality, within individuals, relationship(s), organizations, political boundaries and our planetary home.
